Free Pediatric Health Check Up Camp Cum Medicine Distribution For The Poor Infants And Children

TRACK FOUNDATION IS GOING TO CONDUCT A FREE PEDIATRIC HEALTH CHECK UP CAMP CUM MEDICINES DISTRIBUTION CAMP FOR THE POOR CHILDREN IN RURAL AND SEMI RURAL AREAS OF WEST BENGAL. 

WE WILL BE GIVING OUT 
Vitamin A. & Albendazole dosages to the infants and children. 
P.S. For infants only Vitamin A will be given. 

All the medicines dosages will be given by a qualified medical practitioner. A medical card will be issued for all the children/infants to maintain the record for the next dosage of Vitamin A and Albendazole.
