“A woman is human. She is not better, wiser, stronger, more intelligent, more creative, or more responsible than a man. Likewise, she is never less. Equality is a given. A woman is human.” ― Vera Nazarian, The Perpetual Calendar of Inspiration

WOMEN
GIRLS
Taking birth as a woman in a poor family can be said as curse for the women. Underprivileged women /girls  face lots of social issues and problems all through the life which are big struggle for them right from their beginning of life. Female infanticide is the initial social injustice a girl face right after her birth majorly among the financially unstable families . In poor families women/girls are considered as burden for their parents and husbands as they think that women/girls are here only to consume money whole life without earning a little bit.
Another common problem  is sex discrimination which they face from their birth and continues till their death. Illiteracy, lack of proper education, responsible for household works, rape, sexual harassment, trafficking etc are some big issues for the underprivileged girls/women..

Girls and women play an important role in building healthier, better-educated and sustainable communities. Women and girls are too often face difficult situations with some of the harshest aspects of poverty. Instead of victims, women and girls can be powerful community leaders.

Track Foundation aim to educate underprivileged girls/women from rural and semi rural areas and also to teach them with life skills so that they can get employed or can run her own business and can earn their livelihood.
